This is a VERY NICE versatile notebook with a 14-inch screen, current-generation hardware, mobility and security management, and just about everything a business notebook should come with. The Dell Latitude 7480 also has a uni-body design that provides a clean, seamless exterior and weighs just 3.01-lbs. It has a 6% smaller footprint then previous versions of the 14-inch Latitude models.
Both Dell commercial and business computers have been consistent with their good ergonomics, although there have been some laptops in the past that didn’t last for as long as they should have. This current generation of Latitude business notebooks have significant improvements in their build and design, ensuring that they will be more durable and last longer.
Not only is it more durable, this particular model has a redesigned chassis and is lightweight. Users can also expect an improved battery life with the 4-cell 60-Whr Long life Cycle Battery and 4-cell 60-Whr Express Charge cable.
The 14-inch display is full HD (1920 x 1080 (with anti-glare technology and an integrated camera and mic. It’s a non-touch screen with WLAN / WWAN capabilities. There is a cheaper model with a 1366 x 768 resolution display, but that’s not recommend. The Dell Latitude 7480 comes with ports for connecting it to a larger display (HDMi and DisplayPort over USB Type C w/ optional ThunderBolt).
